-Competitive: Designed for athletes with advanced rhythmic gymnastics skills. Athletes will learn multiple routines throughout the season and participate in performances and competitions. Competitive athletes are required to wear a leotard or unitard when participating in competitions and performances. Age: 10+

For practice:
Athletic clothing, water bottle.
For competition:
Gymnasts should wear a leotard or unitard, any colour. Typically, leotards/unitards are provided by the affiliate for competition. Long tights (down to the ankle) may be worn. Bare feet, gymnastics slippers or rhythmic half-slippers are acceptable. Hairstyles should be neat. No jewelry is allowed.
No! All new and returning athletes are welcome to participate and compete in this sport.
There are level A, B and C routines. Level A routines are compulsory routines are performed seated. Level B routines are compulsory routines that are performance seated. Level C routines are compulsory routines that are performed standing. Group routines are compulsory routines designed for teams of athletes, who may be of any level.
Weather cancellations are determined on the day of the program. If severe weather is forecasted during program time, the program will typically be cancelled (snowstorms, extreme cold warnings, etc.)
